I purchased my first set of skis here (Wilmington location when they had it) then 4 snowboard setups over a 25 year span. Went to get boots for skis I purchased from them (Burlington location) and was told no problem, skis need to be tuned up and bindings adjusted, which is fine. After failing to call me for three weeks with an update, I touched base to find out that my bindings failed and the skis were ready for pickup, no apology about not reaching out just a “must not have had the right number, brah”. So I drive to NH from MA only to find out that none of the work was completed. I go to pick them up, and they hadn’t been touched! I loved NOTB/skihaus my whole life but I can’t believe how bad their service has gotten.

Great place. Lots of items to choose from. You can also find things here that are out of stock elsewhere. Personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean and organized. One thing to be aware of is the return policy. There’s no return policy on items that you try.

This store is a great resource for mountain sports. They have a huge range of products. The workers are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The goggles are on open display here, unlike the Burlington store, which is nice. They are also by a large window, which makes it easy to test how they work for shading. Parking is a little limited, but free.
