There shouldn't be one cashier left to Drown in a sea of customers while no one else offers aide, the isles are very confusing to navigate, not your typical dollar tree layout, stockers should be Cross trained in running the register for back-up!

I can't remember why I went in to the store but what does stick out about my visit was the women whom checked me out. She was a new employee and slightly older women. She was so friendly. The chitchat was so friendly and relatable. I wish I had caught her name.

So I only go to this Dollar Tree because it's in my neighborhood, therefore close. Management is completely unethical, and basically non existent. Most of the employees are extremely friendly, but super busy because they're generally understaffed. Which leads to to next problem: empty shelves! You can find the basic Dollar Store(Tree) type of items, but many craft, cleaning, seasonal/ promo, popular items consistently need to be restocked and/or they don't have them. I'm not sure how it works but it's strange they simply don't get many of the items that other Dollar Trees have as a staple coupled with the many empty spots make ya 🤔...
