Ordered online. Was told it was a 18 minute wait time. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting the place is not closed never received my money back and order is still in progress with no way to get my money.. nice jimmy johns way to go. Appreciate the waste of money

I live 2 miles away from this location and they won't deliver to me. No one acknowledges you, your a burden to come in. Don’t waste your time here you’ll just be publicly humiliated and treated like a piece of garbage. I’ve never had this bad of service anywhere.
