Love love love this place! I'm hoping to have my baby shower here in August!! Perfect location considering her middle name will be "Rose" :)

Upon one afternoon, I was walking down the paved sidewalk filled with cements, crossed a few streets, until I had suddenly wandered into a forested area filled with beautiful trees inheriting glistening leaves. I wondered to myself where I was at, I always had a sense of adventure in the world, but when I saw this park, it had truly brought me a greater sense of adventure. To start, there were squirrels everywhere living in their environment, humans equal with the nature that the park brings, and benches made to be seen as "rest areas" placed among each several hundreds of feet of walking distance. In the past, my mother & I would pick several apples from the apple trees that this park brings, we always loved eating the tiny red apples given off by these trees and the taste is nothing compared to the supermarkets. Naturally growing things yourself is honestly a treasure because it brings such delicious foods you can not see very often. In the present, I still envy those days. As you walk down the path of dirt; you can see many beautiful small critters conversing across the open Serengeti fields of this park. The truly great part of this park all starts at 6AM, the sun rises and you sit on a bench, enjoying the squirrels, birds, no pedestrians passing by. Just you, and nature.

Beautiful place to hang out at the end of a busy day. It was a really comfortable temperature and there were lots of people playing and walking and running. …

Very beautiful place to go for a walk or sit under the trees for a picnic. So many colors of beautiful roses. A peaceful place to enjoy with your family. Even made friends with a squirrel!
