I’ve heard great things about this range and store . I have used their range a total of 3 times and will most likely not return . Each visit has been with short tempered stern staff that do not seem inviting in any way. Their guns and ammo are severely marked up. Their ranges have very little room to stage any guns if you have more than 2 weapons on your person. While I do not go to stores or ranges for executive treatment , I do expect some humanity and politeness from facilities I am spending money with. The price tag markups and lack of customer appreciation from their staff will keep me from ever coming back .

I recently purchased a firearm from Reed's and am very happy with the experience. Márcia was very helpful prior to the sale, and Hank was incredibly helpful after the sale. The firearm was not functioning correctly on the range, so Hank took a look at immediately, test fired it, and identified and fixed the problem. This is why I will be back and won't even consider buying something online.

Very nice! Called to find out about classes and was referred to J & K Firearms Training. A terrific recommendation. The class was held at Reed’s and I was impressed with their operation. Clean, respectful and helpful. I was concerned about feeling out of place or intimidated as a woman and a new shooter, not so. Well stocked store and firearm rental for the range. Excellent hours too. I will be recommending Reed’s and J&K as well as continuing to use the range and store.

Great staff and a fun, fun time indoors. Like 20 some lanes very good ventilation. Parking can be a bit tight but it is there. Ammo is available to purchase but must be used during your visit. Very good selection of firearms to rent be sure to check rules and requirements before a visit for courtesy and convenience. There are show cases with firearms to purchase and a specific case for LEO. Cleaning supplies and accessories selection also. 20$ per hour per person lane rental, times relaxed a bit on off peak times. Very few Pew Pew places left so get out and enjoy.

Appointments are needed. Call 408-970-9870 to arrange an appointment. Call times are long depending on the day and time primarily due to demand at present time.
You need to bring your own and then you can rent whatever you want that they have. The bring someone is a liability issue if you don't already have your own.
21 years is the minimum age
Hey Antonio, ofcourse you can ..there are lot of options from shotgun ..handgun etc starts from 10$ onwards ..and then the ammunition which is around same .go for it !
The visa should be fine. To rent guns there has to be at least two people though, so bring a friend. You'll also have to pass a basic firearm safety demonstration before they rent to you.
You can rent there but there are special conditions ... The website covers all of the range rules.
I too would like to know the answer to that question. (So I called and NO black powder) What I do know is I have gone in the past to Livermore Pleasanton Rod and Gun club ... They allow Black Powder and it's $20 a day so taking longer to load doesn't burn up all your time.
What’s the dollar amount for shooting at the range
Yes, you can. They should be unloaded and encased.
Yes no membership needed there as i wasnt a member when i went there. No steel and aluminum cases only brass.
You can bring your own but it has to be brass casing. They do not allow steel case ammo.
Call Reed's Indoor Range
Yes I believe you can, but the might charge a restocking fee
Just spoke with the staff and they say 10yrs old. I will add since my now 13 year old has been shooting for along time competence handling a firearm is hella important. And a HUGE factor to think about, seeing over the counter in the shooting bay. Leaning on the counters is frowned upon and they also rock only single point attachment in the center of each side. Good Luck Proud to hear responsible parents introducing their kids to shooting sports.
Thank you!! 🙏
None right now because of covid
Well Ive never bought a gun from this place but looking at the California laws they do state you must have a ffl and it is posible you might not get the gun that day you purchase you might have to wait get it shipped to a ffl dealer and from there you will get your firearm I’ve been through a long process to get my .22lr ruger
http://reedsindoorrange.com/training.html All the information can be found on the website! I hope that helps 😊
I think if accompanied by an adult minors can shoot .... But not a rental ... That's kind of reserved for "try before you buy". http://reedsindoorrange.com/range.html
Normally Google produces a time line but in general during the week before 5p is slow and in the morning time on the weekends. The weekends are the busiest where sometimes there is a waiting list. Usually the turn over is pretty quick. The business hours can be found in the top right corner of their website. http://reedsindoorrange.com/index.html
I would say yes .... But you should call for availability .... 😁 .... http://reedsindoorrange.com/range.html
Does my shooting campanion need to already have a license or gun if I don't have a license
You can find all of that information here ... http://reedsindoorrange.com/range.html If you have never shot before they offer training classes and rental weapons 😁
You need to call .... They don't do reservations but with bigger groups they like to know in advance to accommodate adjoining lanes .... The website covers all of this .... http://reedsindoorrange.com/range.html
You need a valid government ID of some sort, and a partner if you are going to be renting a gun. Otherwise you have to bring your own firearm.
Hey Hoseyn, I think the best way to do this is to read their website info. Things are changing all the time .... It is a good, safe, place to learn and practice .... http://reedsindoorrange.com/
Get a passport / if you don't have a local id here ..and a companion.if you have a gun license from your country ,will surely help for EU! Happy shooting !!
They have a inexpensive firearm safety course @ Sportsman's Warehouse in Milpitas.
There are 2 bays of 10 lanes each (if memory serves me well).
You need to be 21 to rent a gun here. If anyone is under 21, you need to provide your own gun to shoot. Under 18 also requires being with a parent.
If you plan to rent any firearm from them, you have to either: 1. bring a buddy with you (to shoot together). Or: 2. bring your personal firearm that you can show them(and then you can rent anything you want). It is suicide prevention policy.
There are normally 2-3 guys on reception and one can certainly help with Spanish.buines dias yareni!
No
I believe you need to bring one form of ID and have a person with you to shoot.
Depends on what you want to accomplish there. Walk-in for shooting practice with your own gun or rental, first come first serve.
No.
yes, there are several. Firearms for beginner courses are provided. check Bill and Kathy Tidwell page for more info: http://www.train2besafe.com/courses.htm (they train at Reeds Indoor)
Yes
If ur life was in jeopardy n u had no help cuzz no one can't help u or tell u . 1 wanrgive me one even if I played 3 x the price so forgive I take
Well my friend, I hate to break it to you but our wonderful governor moonbeam (brown) just signed a bill raising the minimum wage to purchase any firearm in California to 21 years old. I would maybe call the shop to confirm if they must comply immediately or if you have some time to purchase before the law takes effect. Good luck, and yes they do administer firearm safety certificates in general and you will need a state ID for sure.
•Foreign passports are not accepted as valid identification. •Firearms available for rent. •Targets and ammunition available. •All shooters MUST read, fill out, and submit a Rules and Release of Liability form. •Shooters under the age of 21 may shoot when accompanied by another experienced shooter that is over 21 with their own firearms. Shooters under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, and submit a Parental Release of Liability. •Please note that firearms rentals are for two or more people, or a single person already in possession of a firearm. All shooters must have sufficient shooting experience, as determined by the range staff.
It doesn't have to be strictly a US citizen so long as they have a valid State ID with them when they go with you to the range
Yes they sell firearms and as an FFL, they can do private party transfers. Don't know what fees they charge other than the DROS.
You can go by yourself just make sure that you bring proper identification with you when you check in.
I think you only have to be 18 to rent. But you have to either have your own firearm already or have a buddy with you. If you dont have a gun or a buddy you cant rent.
I believe you can utilize their gun range as long as you and you spouse can provide proper identification, in your case, your passports should suffice.
No, only pistol rounds and shotgun rounds are allowed. AR's in .22lr are allowed however
Probably better to call them. They do carry the m&p sheild...
From the website: Beginner Evening Basic Handgun Courses 2 (or 3) evenings, $155.00 (+$75.00 for 3rd evening). California Handgun Safety Certificate test optional. Classes are 6:30pm – 9:00pm.
Yes, you must have experience shooting to rent a firearm. This doesn't necessarily mean you have to take a class, but if you have never used a firearm you will need to take a class, this is for your safety and everyone else's as well.
Yes you can rent or bring your own. According to the website it's $16 for 1 shooter per hour...$20 for 2 in 1 lane. I rented a Glock 19 & a box of 9mm for $50 last week. Hope this helps.
Go shoot airsoft in your backyard get yourself a real gun
If you were to call them they will give you his hours he's really good at what he does
You need valid state ID, and you must demonstrate you know how to handle as well as load and unload a pistol, and check whether it is loaded. If you can't do that bring someone who can to supervise you. They do rent pistols as well as sell them. There is a ten day waiting period in California to pick up a firearm after purchase.
Some... I believe they can also order parts for you. You can always buy gun parts online if you don't need it immediately.
Reed's does offer classes. Check their website, call them, walk in and have your wallet out. Good for her to want to learn safety and skills.

Not that I'm aware of. Pistol calibers only. If you have a 9mm AR you can check with them directly.
You and your friend must have ID, be it a DL or passport. You dont have to present any other doc / certificate.
