You and your friend must have ID, be it a DL or passport. You dont have to present any other doc / certificate.
Hey Josh, I go there all the time. You must have ID and be 21 years of age or older to shoot pistols.
You both will need government issued photo IDs. If this is your 1st time at Reed's you will have to sign paper work and demonstrate safe handling of the firearm that you will be shooting.
You dont need license to use the gun range. If you dont bring your own gun, you will need a friend in order to rent a gun and shoot there.

Check above/below answers. Also, you may be able to shoot rifles & shotguns under age 21. 21+ for pistols/ rentals. Or bring someone 21+ to shoot pistols.
