Pump it up does a great job with kids' birthday parties. I was favorably impressed with their precautions for cleaning the rooms.

My daughter enjoyed here for her friends birthday party however when she came back with Pump It Up gift and wanted to try that drink mix, I was shocked to see that product was already expired almost 2 years back and Pump it up still giving it to children. I am very disappointed with Pump It Up for not taking kids health seriously. Even though place is very good, I will never recommend Pump It Up to anyone. I am not sure how many kids got this expired food product.

Nice place for kids to enjoy and well suited birthday party venue. Pizzas are good. Service is awesome. Great fun is assured for kids.

My kids love to visit for open jumps. We also had a great birthday party here for my youngest. Staff is friendly and the jumps are clean. Even grown-ups can have fun.

Actually I haven't an answer if there is a minimum amount. But you do want to make sure that everyone that confirms that they will go, will show up as they won't refund. So say that you have 15 children booked and only 4 show up, you will still be charged for 15. Ensure that everyone will show.
Hello Sasikala, thanks for contacting us. For birthday parties, kids under the age of 2 are not currently included in the count for the number of maximum kids allowed in a party package.
I think a 2 year old would have fun at Pump it up!
Book for a certain number of kids and a time slot. On the day of the party be there with the guests and you will be directed by them about what to do next. At the end make the payment. Nothing much.
No they have a website of open play dates and themed play that you can check out online.
