They do both. My nails vary due to my nail art I get each time. My nails are usually no more than $50 but that is a fill in, length and nail art.
Standard pedicure $30, fresh tools and they do all waxes
It also depends on if you want gel polish or regular polish. But basic is 35
Gel fill with just color not French is 30 I think. Pedi is 25 for reg not gel color.
