Didn't understand the rudeness of the black lady or if she picked on me? I was talking with my employee on speaker while I was reviewing some documents waiting to get a hair cut by the white lady she asked me to lower the volume of my phone in a rude manner, she didn't even ask or say please... she ordered me to lower the volume but her client was also talking on the phone same volume as me on Speaker as me and she didn't mind that? Like really? She really needs to improve her customer service or get retired if she's unhappy. She doesn't deserve my money!!!

I'm not sure you should call the shop they have good beauticians there and the nail lady is excellent
Beauticians are awesome, I love Mony she also waxes eyebrows as well. And yes you should call for an appointment. it's only courteous. But they will take walk-ins if they have time. You might have to wait a little longer. My suggestion for the nails is don't go in there renting. Just let them know what happened. And she I'm sure will make it right. It's only good business.
