I’ve been interested in the GMC Sierra for a couple years now so I decided to go check out the trucks in person, on the weekend, during my free time. I arrived and browsed around for a while and then walked towards the front and waited a little more. Sales representatives walked passed me several times without any greeting or acknowledgement. It was uncomfortable, but I decided I’ll try going inside to find someone. That’s when I ran into Christian. He was a friendly sales guy, cracked jokes, made it comfortable. After showing me a few different trucks, I knew which one I wanted. We went inside to start the process and I had already stated I’d be paying cash (check). So we go through the numbers and everything, get all the paper work set up, and then he runs my credit. My score is good, but I had some flags on there, so he tells me he’ll have to check with his manager about me being able to use my personal check. They come back and proceed to tell me that I will have to get a cashiers check in order to continue because of the marks on my credit. Which makes absolutely no sense when I’m making a full cash payment ? The manager refused to verify my personal check and kept referring to issues on my credit, but I’m literally not using the credit. Since my score is good, if those marks weren’t on there, would he have accepted the check? Mind you he asked me to fill the check out and leave it there to be verified tomorrow.. but wouldn’t allow me to complete the process or take the truck home after making the payment with the check. Like if I’m paying cash for something, how are you going to use my credit against me? Even when I have a good score? And then continuously contact me after I left the store because of how judgmental they were and refused my check payment anyways. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience overall and if you’re planning on paying cash I guess make sure you have perfect credit too or they don’t work with you. I’m just disappointed because I really wanted that truck and now I have to travel out of town to look else where.

Took in my 2021, Gmc Denali 2500 with 10,660 miles for an oil change, and requested a wash as well, when Gmc service people hand me my gmc truck sunroof was left open while they did there wash on the truck, but the worst part was they never changed out the original oil filter it had and had oil all over the old filter
