This warehouse is near my house and I have bought all home improvement items from it. Last Saturday, I need to buy speaker cables and I went to the customer service to get 100 feet of 16 gauge speaker cables. One old guy came and asked me so I told him I wanted speaker cable and pointing out the cable roll. He told me “sprinkler cable?”. I told him “No, I want speaker cable”. This dirty guy pretend like he did not understand my English and “this is not sprinkler cable”. I told him 4 times and he said Ah, Speaker cable. I pointed “16 gauge double cable pricing 28 cents per feet label”. He cut it then he pointed out the other label pricing 64cents per ft and wrote that SKU number. I told him I showed you this cable and I don’t want the expensive one. He said it was the same. I knew that this guy tried to trick and insulting a customer. I said nothing and took the cable then put on the different shelf. If the manager saw this review, hope he should be taken action for insulting the regular customer.

This Home Depot is a cluster. Messy and they have 5 employees at self check out but it's limited to 5 items????? So have to stand in long line . Which makes the self check out useless for the average person and great for a gossip area for the workers standing around telling people to move on with there purchases to a long line.

love me some home Depot, typically buy plants and feeders and soil from here and today I got some scratch proof sunglasses from here. the process. is always quick and seamless and plenty of people to help if questions arise
