I don't usually give bad reviews but its always something with this store. Usually the line is out the door for checkout, but today seemed rather empty (I wonder why). When I came in today and the old man who was working was not helpful and seemed rather annoyed that I had asked him a simple question where something was. I found it humiliating and condescending. I ended up looking for the product myself and didn't find what I was looking for. Sure enough when I came home and looked online they had the product in stock. The website must be broken or something because every time I check out it takes me right back to my cart. Highly unsatisfied and will shop elsewhere for my art supplies.

Terrible service. Bought picture frames to get my Kobe Bryant posters put in. Go back to pick up pictures 5 days after they said they would be ready and the job hadn’t even been started yet. Then to make it even worse the original picture frames I picked had been giving to another customer and nobody could tell me why. I had to pick other frames due to the fact that the original frames I picked were no longer in stock. I had to go with a cheaper looking frame but they offered me a discount on my next purchase. And then when my girlfriend tried to surprise me and get my Kobe Jersey framed and use the discount they gave us from the first terrible job they did…not even a full hour of the shadow box hanging over my bed it came tumbling down and almost hit me and my girlfriend while we were in the bed. When I brought it in today the lady said whoever did the job shouldn’t have put a wire on back of the shadow box. This is just ridiculous…the inconsistency and terrible work from this store has been the worst experience I’ve had from any Michael’s location. The higher management should definitely check out the store and demand better work from their staff.

Good art & craft store, lot of stuff for the people to decorate, creative things and cool things over here. Kids play on area like drawing room is an extra highlight of this store..
