This place was horrific. The receptionist was extremely rude to another patient who was waiting to be seen. The receptionist clearly hates her job. The place is run down. Not very clean. The equipment is ANCIENT. They actually were not able to do my MRI because the machine was malfunctioning. The tech did everything he could to somehow “rig it” to work to no avail. I wasted over an hour and walked out without my MRI getting done. I even took the day off from work. The tech who was doing the MRI was cursing out of frustration. Unprofessional. Yesterday, I went to an open MRI in Kearny on elm street. What a pleasure!!!!! Great place!! Only wish I had gone there first.

Called to schedule an ultrasound and whatever lady picked up the phone has a very nasty attitude! Its 10am in the morning all you have to do is answer phones and schedule appointments. Please quit your job! I will schedule my appointment elsewhere!

They've been very kind to me. I got an MRI done almost 6 months ago, but misplaced my CD. I called them to see if I may be able to get another copy. The lady responded that I can pick it up the next day. I told her I have an appointment early morning the next day and can only pick the CD up now. She responded that if that's the case, she'll take care of it now and I may come within half an hour to pick it up!
