Bayonne Medical Center: Emergency Room

Bayonne medical is the worst facility in hudson county!! The medical staff secretaries etc etc all need to talk a 4 year course in bedside manner!!! Not only did I have to go there for a medical emergency for my daughter but I used to work there so speak from first hand experience!!!! It's not a trauma hospital, there's no pediatrics obstetrics gynecologist, and the wait time is unimaginable!!! Stay away from BMC if at all possible!!!

I am now in the emergency with my daughter she hurt her arm. I was wondering to come there because of the reviews . But l am very happy because they very care of my daughter. All the nurses or the pediatrician who take care of her .they was kind and they do there jobs.

I bring my wife over there she's was in poor health condition pregnant on top of it the lady didn't even check on her she told me I have to wait for 2 hours never again

My Mother, Frances V was transported to Bayonne Hospital on the 28th of August . My Mother resides in a local Nursing Home , and has been a patient at Bayonne Hospital many times. Frances suffers from Dementia , My Sister, has full charge over our Mother’s care and all medical decisions. My sister is also a Registered Nurse. This being said, it is with a very heavy and disappointed heart , that I must write this review . My Mom’s recent visit was as usual met with fine care by the Nurses and Doctors, My sister was with my mom during her ER visit, and due to a very busy night , my Mom was in your ER for over 24 hours. Please take in mind my mom , suffers from dementia , cannot interact well or answers questions ! When a room , late in the evening became available , my Sister wanted to assist taking her mom to her room , to help ease her transfer and comfort her. My sister was denied access to help settle our mother and ease her confusion . This was all due to the lack of caring and compassion of your supervisor , Mohammad Bouzenbila. In spite of his knowing full well my sister was a RN, and also had worked as a RN at this very hospital for over 11 years! My sister worked the Pandemic non-stop! She was as all nurses are then and now an Angel to so many , during a time in all our lives , that should never be forgotten ! It seems a courtesy was not allowed to a Former Employee and Pandemic Hero! Many people may have forgotten my sister and all First Responders, Heroic measures , but, It is a sad day to see One Of Your Own, Also losing that Respect! I am so very disappointed in your Supervisor’s Lack of Compassion for your Patient , My Mother, Frances V. I truly hope other families do not have to deal with such lack of Empathy for an Senior Citizen Family Member! Julie Maraziti Nolan
