My experience with 19East has been absolutely terrific. The property management team (Kevin & Jessica) are always responsive, helpful and absolutely delightful to work with. Our facilities are always spotless and maintained. Everyone I've come into contact with, including the tenants, are friendly and helpful. I cannot thank and recommend this team enough, thank you!

Took a tour of this building, staff at the leasing office was very helpful and knowledgeable. Grounds were well kept. Unfortunately move in date didn’t work out but would highly recommend .

I have been living here for almost 2 years and I am very happy with the building and management. The facilities are well kept, the apartments are modern and spacious and most importantly the management team - Kevin and Jessica, are always so helpful and pleasant to work with. The area is accessible; the light rail is near by, and there are stores and restaurants also close by. It’s not too noisy. Overall, this apartment fits my needs.

19 ! This review is long overdue! I have been here about two years now and the maintenance and leasing team are great fast and efficient. This is my first luxury building experience and I have heard horror stories from others and have been pleased that my experience has not been the same as others. Our previous owners sucked. But the team did what they could with what they had but the new owners have been proactive and addressing a lot of what was neglected prior. I feel safe here I feel seen and I feel heard and the location is superb as well they’re doing a great job and from the bottom of my heart I thank and appreciate them.
