Poor management team!! I recently charged twice for the July payment and an additional late fee. I went to the office twice until it fixed this issue. This month charge the late fee again with the fully paid monthly charge. I don't know what I can say... And also, the property manager is doing nothing. I tried to place the repair request for the elevator's light. There is always no light in building two's elevator (the one near building one). They never have someone to fix it. And also it's not safe to live here. The packages have often been stolen. I want to finish the lease and move out.

Management doesn’t care whether your packages get stolen or not - even if you’ve called and asked for them to track down via security camera you still might never hear back from them and they’d also blame you for not refunding when the issue is that there’s a thief who constantly steals other residents’ packages and deliveries.
