The advisor is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely like to work with him if there is any service need. However, the time to have the oil changed and tire rotation, which is what I was in for, took such a long time. It took 3 hours in a not busy Friday ( 8AM check in and 11 AM out). Fremont Toyota, hopefully, can address this issue in the future. Will ask for 1 hour to 1 hour 30minutes to finish the oil change and tire rotation too much? Or 3 hour is norm, and I am just be naïve?

I would have to Say Fremont Toyota is the best location compared to the rest. At my particular appt, it was a holiday weekend so I was not surprised about the long wait but I did appreciate that Maria C at least acknowledge me and I knew she will be with me as soon as she can. She definitely made the experience for me, she was communicative, informative, and just a pleasant person. To me first impressions are everything and I will remember her. I had an issue with my rims and as promised she called me back about my warranty and contract and she did just that, she didn’t give me the opportunity to do the calling- thanks so much. As for the place overall, everyone was working, everyone was moving, I did not see anyone just standing there doing nothing.

I went here used car shopping. I looked at an Elantra I found on line, the price was good but I'm still deciding. I did find and buy a 2012 Toyota Camry from this dealership on 12/16. However- within 4 days and less than 40 miles of ownership, the transmission started to slip. This is a serious problem! Their service dept. flushed the transmission fluid and was able to verify the problem. I'm currently working with the sales manager to find a replacement in the same price range. To be continued...

If you have a remote with the key, it's expensive. About $350 and they need the vin number. They can make your key at any Toyota dealership. But if your key is just regular then you can have it made anywhere.
Craigslist or auctions would beat dealership on used vehicles fair and square.
