Walked In for an edge up. No spoke to me or my son as we walked in. I sat waiting as someone finished a cut, someone swept and another on a smoke break. Several people walked in and business conducted as usual around me and my son. I sat for 15 mins before 2 other haircuts started at which point I asked if they were “appointment only” as the door stated that Sunday’s were “appointment only”. I was met with, “oh yes well today we are appointment only”. My question, at which point would you notify your walk in?
