There should be an option to give 0 stars. Since that is what this UPS location deserves. The woman answering the phone is RUDE. Either she is really unhappy with her job (go find another place to work) or she just doesn't know how to speak to people (in this case she should NOT be answering the phone). Her name is Jennifer or holly. When did they change their hours... Ridiculous. Use USPS or FEDEX instead.

Two times they did the same thing. "THE RECEIVER IS NOT LISTED IN THE BUILDING DIRECTORY." Around 200 apartments in this apartment complex and beside the most busiest road in the city. And they could not find it. USPS, FedEx they all can find my address and even I got packages from UPS unless it goes to this UPS store. I believe they did not even try to deliver the package. If there is an option of giving 0 star, I would give that.
