The staff was of two people tonight. I had not realized what time it was and by the time I looked, it was 1 minute past their closing time. They were so polite about it and patient! Even went to look for stock for a particular item! Thank you for your kindness and doing it all with a smile!

Nice clean store. Plenty of parking in the shopping mall area with a good mix of stores right next door. Pricing is good. Store is well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Love to go here and get stuff I didn't realize I needed. They have a wide selection of everything from couches to food to seasonal items. Fair pricing and their paper bags have handles so they are great

I'm a big fan of change and redecorating and big lots has always been in my budget I got an 8 piece comforter set not shown in the picture for $25! yes the color faded quite quickly because of the little schmoopy you see lying on my bed but it's fine because it's very inexpensive and gives me an excuse to redecorate again. Also organization organization organization! I always need bins and labels and random things for the house. They have it all!! Even 15 packs of LA Croix for 5 BUCKS!! Never buy it from anywhere else anymore. The employees Have always been super helpful and understanding especially when I'm trying to save money when money is tight. For example the manager I can't quite remember his name but helped me get the 25% off that I was supposed to get when the coupon wasn't working and even though the store was closing he took the time to fix it and that means more to me Probably than the average person because I've worked retail for years and I know what it's like when you want to get out of there so thank you all, I love coming in here!
