Hello Judy! We have both carports and garages! Lead times are currently 3 - 6 weeks, weather pending.
Currently, our steel buildings are 3-6 weeks out, depending on weather of course.
I know the sheds that i have seen there are wired but i have seen repo sheds be wired and insulated
