I love living here. 2 br 1 bath. Clean well maintained. The only .complaint is that the maintenance machines are noisy nearly everyday but i guess that's the price you pay to live in in an area of neatly manicured lawns and well kept parking lots and sidewaks. and all. Covid has hampered use of amenities such as basketball courts and spa and the lounge area in office. Speaking of office the staff has been great in all their try I've lived there.

I just moved in a few weeks ago with my cousin and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The office is so helpful.

This community always looks so beautiful. I see they even have a dog park. Always lots of people from their community out walking their dogs. All in all really looks like a beautiful place to live. Not to mention it is so close to so many business locations.

See my YELP review 8/14/2020. I have never lived in an apartment where you could look down to the dirt under the bathtub and laundry room. I came home after 3 days away to find my apartment flooded with several inches of water. I had a leaking toilet which flooded the bathroom and washer & dryer area as well as the hall, living room flooring & carpet. All needed to be removed. The company contracted by Parkside, Mr. Color, Ross Bridges owner, took their time removing and replacing the floor, and carpet while I lived in the unit during 90 plus heat during COVID. No access to the washer or dryer. No time line given when I asked how long it would be in spite of my many emails to Parkside. There was a a coating of drywall dust blowing around coating the cement floor and bathroom counter, toilet and bathtub as well as the dust being blown around in the air. An industrial dehumidifier was placed in the bathroom. Visquine was placed but not secure when you have to go in and out of the bathroom or to gaet access to the light switch in the living room. When I asked Ross about the heat generated by the dehumidifier fan he told me to "Turn on the Air Conditioning" There was no air conditioning at Parkside. In spite of my many emails and phone calls to Cynthia Kintzley, Community Manager, I was told that Parkside could not let me use an unoccupied apatment during this time. "No" was the answer to if I could be compensated for loss of my living space during this 10 day time. Eugene Rental Housing was contacted during this time with many copies of emails and photos and apparently this was not a violation of any tenant/landlord laws. Don't move to Parkside Apartments run by Greystar.

Yes you can
Yes, the replacement key faub is $ 75. You can make the payment on your portal. After making the payment then come to the office and they will deactivate your original faub and make you a new one. Parkside Team
