I live on the street side of the West building, and this place is extremely loud due to constant traffic. The traffic will most likely increase as this street is one of the two entrances into the new apartment complex, the McKenzie. In addition, a boot camp fitness center recently moved into a space on the ground floor. My apartment is on the fourth floor toward the south end of the building (nowhere near the fitness center), and I can hear pounding at 6:00 am. Sounds and vibrations can be felt throughout the entire building. If interested in living at Crescent Village, I recommend finding an apartment in the East building.

Recently moved from out of state to Crescent Village and have had a great experience so far! The buildings are clean, bright, and appear well maintained...and it's really nice to have several options for food and drinks literally just downstairs! I've lived in a major metropolitan city before, and while Eugene is in no way that, it's nice to be able to walk to a few spots including pizza, sushi, Vietnamese, and American pub fare. I also really like the secured bike storage, FOB key entry, trash and recycle rooms on each floor, and the quiet location away from downtown and near the Coburg Hills. Each building had a rooftop terrace to take in the views (each has a grill for residents to use as well). Despite being a bit away from downtown, it's only a 10 min drive or a pretty short bike ride. Best of both worlds in my opinion! In terms of the apartment, Crescent Village has several floor plans for their places. Mine is bright and very spacious with a large kitchen that has plenty of counter space and cabinets. In-unit laundry, ductless cooling unit, large windows, plenty of closet space, and a balcony are some of the things I'm really liking. The unit was very clean and in great condition when I loved in, which I cannot say for some of my past moving experiences. Regarding the staff, I've found them to be incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to assist as needed from the community manager to the maintenance folks. I came to Eugene from out of state to search for an apartment, and spent the better part of an afternoon in the office with Laura Senter completing the application and securing my place. Laura was amazing! She was patient, down-to-earth, very welcoming, and extremely helpful. I completed the rest of the process from afar, and Laura was always more than willing to answer any questions and make sure I was good to go for my move. Aside from Laura, I've had very good experiences with the other office staff, including the folks who keep the property looking great (I got some great hiking recommendations). I've only recently moved in, so can't speak to the experience of living at Crescent Village for more than a week or so. That said, I'm very glad I was able to get a spot there and look forward to making it home and enjoying the area!

I am moving across the country and have spoken to MANY apartment complexes. I have had the best experience with Crescent Village. I have spoken to both Laura and Michelle and found them bright, helpful, patient, and professional. I want them to be my friends. So thanks Crescent Village!

Fantastic apartment living in Eugene! Staff are amazing on all levels, facilities are extremely clean and well-kept, and the units are modern and beautiful. It’s the closest thing to fun, urban community living in our small town!
