How does one report a seriously neglected dog? I don't know the protocol. The dog is left outside 24/7 and with another hot summer headed our way the dog surely won't survive. It breaks my heart and I need to do something to help this poor animal.
Are they a kill shelter? Is their a time limit to get adopted? Do they place senior dogs? Is there away to help them get adopted faster? Is thier a fee to surrender a small dog?
Have you seen a dog named bob? He is very fluffy. Likes to be outside and loves to sleep with you and keep you warm and protected.
