The staff has been friendly and accommodating and having a local facility is a huge time and cost savings. It can get pretty hot inside when outside ambient temperatures are up so bring plenty of water.

My son loves coming here but unfortunately there is no air conditioning which makes it very uncomfortable and probably not the safest fitness option. We even went in the morning and it was so hot already. My son went through his water fairly quickly due to the heat and the water fountain there is hot and tastes horrible. This place could definitely use some improvement.

Updated: Review This place has managed to gotten even worse. It's not worth the 70$ per month. Although the gym is decent and there's a great community of climbers the owner of the gym is nothing but money hungry. I had a membership for 2 years. During the first year of my membership they were running a promotion that any money spent at the shop would give you 10 % cash back when you renewed your year membership. Well the year came and went and when I asked about the promotion I was told that they don't do that anymore. I was never given noticed about the discontinuation of the promotion and never received cashed back from the shop. Another issue with the money grab is I right before I canceled my membership the prices were increased for new customers. I was given a noticed by email that the prices were going to be raised but if you were an old member you were grandfathered in, expect despite being a member for almost two years my membership was still increased. And finally the state of the gym is a joke. If it wasn't for the fact that they had some decent (and only some decent) setters then it would be a complete joke. I can't count how many times I have come across a spinning hold (and I'm a small person, only 107lbs) or how many times the water fountain has broken and not been fixed. The owner invested in a pathetic Ninja Warrior Course (that guess what you have to pay extra on your membership to use) instead of adding showers to the gym like he said he would. The owner just obviously has no idea how to run gym. And if that wasn't enough he went and bought another gym to ruin (The Wall Climbing Gym). If I were you I'd just boulder at Vital Gym and make a drop occasionally at Mesa or Sender One. Don't go Rock Fitness, just run from it and don't look back.

You can pay monthly, prepaid monthly, or do an annual membership. All of these cover the gym, rock wall and any of the total 180 fitness classes.
No monthly. Its daily or annual membership. There are often deals for students that bring it down to $5 for a visit.
