Its taken me a week to write this review - I wasn't sure if I was going to. I made an appointment for weight loss, I was really looking forward to it after reading the reviews. I called made the appointment which was fine. When I got there, I got there early to do my paper work, it was very busy in there for the chiropractic side of the office - the girl at the front was on the phone (dark hair), when she got off, I said I had an appointment, she couldn't find it, I said I made it a week ago, for weight loss ---- she said - OH that makes since - I have to tell you that comment is why I am writing a bad review. I am over weight, I have been, I lost 40 lbs 2 years ago and gained it back and I need help, I'm 120 lbs over weight. When I went to the back room, there was NOT a Dr to see, only a PA, there was a sales pitch for their items, BUT no Dr to see. I said something about it all and wanted to reschedule to see a Dr who is only there on Thursdays. I ended up not going. I couldn't find myself going there after a comment like that to me. I can tell you that comment hurt my feelings -- it ruined my day, I was irritable all day, snapped at people, cried on my way home 4 hrs later after seeing a client -- I am going to a place today in Orange County NOT near where I live because another place down the road in Murrieta you dont get to see a Dr either. These programs are supposed to be monitored by a Dr. This place doesn't even have a nutritionist to help you, or a program, I am guessing its just shots and pills to be given by a PA. BUT after that comment, I decided to find a better place, that will treat people with a bit more dignity from the start and a place that has a guided program where you see a Dr each time and a nutritionist .. I might pay more but at least it will be more legit. UPDATE - 1/29/2021 ... Responding to your response - I was never advised we weren't a good fit, they even rescheduled me that same day so I could see the Dr not a PA and I decided NOT to go after the comment made - I didn't show up because I found a better place that offers nutritional advise ect .. - also the comment was made to me after she knew it was for the weight loss side NOT the chiropractic side of the business .. it was rude and hurtful BUT if you want to blame me for your incompetence and rudeness that's ok - your response to my initial review is just a lie .. its not retaliatory, if it was I would've wrote it immediately, it took me a week to decide, big difference .. this not a good place, go elsewhere.
