I adopted a labradoodle, much in need of grooming. He was matted all over. The groomer at Horizon did an amazing job! He is so much happier without all those mats and he still had some hair on his head and beard so he looks adorable. I will be going back to this place!😀

Very disappointed and upset! Taking responsibility is something this place lacks!! My friend took his dog Jack a few days ago! He’s such a sweet and playful dog! My friend noticed after they arrived home that day that his dog kept rubbing his paw against his ears as if something was bothering him. When my friend went to check the dogs ears both of them had cuts!! He was surprised that no one told him anything! It’s understandable that sometimes accident can happen! But when he went back they denied that they did it! & said that maybe the dog did that to himself! How unprofessional!! They don’t even have the guts to admit that they made a mistake! 3 days later he now has an INFECTION in his ears and is being treated with antibiotics!! Truly upsetting! PLEASE TAKE YOUR PUPS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
