Good running trail s one Mountain Rubidoux, claremont and For experienced runners Etiwanda falls cause there are lots of rocks
Part of the bottom trail is dirt and can be ran on, but that part doesn't connect to the falls offshoot trail. The falls trail is dirt, and the rocky part isn't too long. You could hike the rocky part, and run the dirt part. I explored a bit around the falls, and I didn't see an easy path past the first set of falls. Looking on Google maps, it doesn't look like there are more falls above anyway.
Because of the rocks, this is not a great running trail. Also, I am unaware of waterfalls above the first. I have walked well past the falls (not a real trail) and have not ruin into another fall.
Just one fall. Trail not good for running.
Lots of rocks if u like running on rocks but if u go left when you get to first gate that trail has lil to no rocks
If you want to run go dor it....but dor running ibwould recommend mnt rubidox in riverside Ca.
This trail has to many rocks I don't recommend it and I only walked to the first water fall
It is a rocky trail, however people do run this. A better option for running would be Claremont Loop or Mt Rubidoux. And yes, once you get to the falls, continue left on the trail (you will have to walk, not run as branches are low and a lot of poison oak) and the falls are bigger.
A few trails that connect to the main falls trails are mellow but as others have stated rocks are a concern.
Thanks all for the information. I recently moved to the IE and I enjoy hikes but I want to get back into trail running.
