The store was very nice and has a great location. Staff was friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I have never been to a place where they wouldn't give a customer the display model item. I brought the matching shorts and the XL was too big for me and so I asked for the large and they refused to take it off the mannequin and give it to me.

This store is rude, unprofessional and incompetent from the employees to the manager “Janet.” First off I live about an hour away from the nearest store and didn’t realize that the first girl that helped a few days ago didn’t remove one of the security tags when we made the purchase and another of the shirts was damaged. So We had to drive an hour all the way back before our vacation. When attempting to return the shirts the cashier, even though I had a receipt had to call a manager because the damaged item “happened” to be damaged in the area that the security tag goes on. Making me feel like it was stolen despite the receipt. It sounded to me like this happened to someone before me and they tried to remove the security tag then returned it and the store tried re-sell it. The girl didn’t even ask if I was trying to exchange didn’t apologize for the other shirt with the security tag, she just assumed that I was trying to return the one shirt for money. So here comes the rude manager Janet staying that I can’t return the item. When I told her I wasn’t trying to return that I wanted to exchange, and they would of known that if they had asked me in the beginning instead of assuming I wanted cash, She then rudely asked “well then where’s the replacement item” like she was trying to prove me wrong....I said I haven’t grabbed it because I came to the register first. I said “ok” and she repeated what I said like she was trying to antagonize me. I’m usually super respectful but I fully believe in treat others how they treat you. Janet you need to get more training in customer service. If your first employee was trained correctly to check the clothes for the security tags/damaged items we both wouldn’t of had this experience. And judging by the reviews it seems like this store has a trend of bad service which I can only assume comes from management training.
