I always love it when they leave the original prices on so you can see what they used to be. I can't believe people would go to other stores and buy the same thing for that much more.

Great customer service!! Kieth (I think that's his name) is incredible!! He's the loss prevention greeter and he's so welcoming and kind!! Genuinely cares about the customers!! He even watched me walk to my car to make sure I was safe (I left at closing) I've never had such a great shopping experience before!! Highly recommend stopping by the store its clean and stocked!! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was not planning on being out of town and I went to this store to get a new outfit, as I hadn’t brought a change of clothes. I was immediately impressed by the selection and complimented the buyer. I bought 6 items totaling $70. I didn’t try the clothes on, as the way the security devices are attached, it is absolutely impossible anyway. So I took the clothes to my hotel room down the street and decided I wanted to exchange 2 of those items for something different because they didn’t fit right. When I went back to the store two hours later, she first asked me why I had taken off the tag from the 1 item. I said I hadn’t noticed the romper was too short in the kegs because I didn’t have the full view. She tells me she shouldn’t be returning them without the tag attached, but would make an exception for me. I told her I had never heard of Ross not returning an item I bought that day and that I had a receipt for. She replies that it is a customary practice in retail. So the 2 items are completed and I want to purchase 4 more items. The first item is a dress that I found in the women’s workout section. It was clearly in the wrong place, and also did not have a price tag. I tell her this and when I tell her I found the dress over on the workout rack she responds by pointing to the back of the store, and says that their dresses are there. I reiterate that I found it randomly on the workout section rack. Now I’m getting extremely frustrated because she is curt and sarcastic with every work she speaks to me. Now I’m not certain if I’m just being sensitive or she is actually being pretty much the rudest employee I have encountered. So I turn to my boyfriend and ask if he thinks she’s being insanely rude and he agrees. I say I have never been treated this way before. Which, she in turn replies are you talking to me or amongst yourselves in the most inappropriate and confrontational manner. She then asks another employee who is fixing hangers as the live of people wait to be checked out, to grab her one of the Ross bags you sell for $1 and rings it in. I tell her I already bought the bag earlier that day and she has the receipt with that purchase in her hand. She loudly responds that she has taken off the 99 cents. As if I was supposed to pay again or not worry about being charged such a small amount. I am beyond infuriated at this point. I have to leave the store and my boyfriend completes our purchase. Her name is Nina. She completely ruined my experience which had been amazing earlier that day. She treated me rudely, argued with me, and insulted my intelligence and integrity. I will not return here now because of her. I am a loyal fan of Ross, but Nina lost my business at this location.

Ross Dress for Less is a clothing store in Rancho Cucamonga, California. It’s located at Terra Vista Town Center. It’s a typical strip mall in sunny Southern California. This shopping center has been around since the early 90's. This place is close to our house. Since the shopping center is no longer sparkling and new like Victoria Gardens, it is not crazy crowded. The decorations and landscaping are kept nice and neat. This is a one stop place to shop. Pretty much anything you want or need you can find here.

Yes pets are allowed in store longer if they are inside basket or dog_purse_ if dog it's too big _ needs Leash for sure.
No, they have beds, bowls, collar's and chew rope. Go to Petco maybe safer for your buddy 😊
Mask preferred but not required, preferred social distancing and dividers at registers.
