This was a short visit. I knew what I was getting. Had checked online. Few people in the store. No price tag on the item I was getting. Had to ask a worker which she got off the barcode. Self-check out was new - for credit card only.

I enjoy walking through the store .its always almost empty . The store is clean well organized however they are so OVERPRICED its outrageous.everything is so inflated and so not worth that quality wise. Even with the 20 percent off coupon you can get everything for much cheaper online . Its no wonder why bed bath &beyond are closing store right and left. They aren't in touch with reality when it comes to their pricing and until that get revised they will keep on loosing customers to the online giant. Their seasonal stuff takes forever to go on sale and even with the sale its still not worth it 😒 their selection of stuff and style is very limited same with the coffee items ... i usually skip this place unless their is an unbeatable insane sale on a specific item .

This place is clean, well stocked, and smells great. My only complaint is, I bought a box of cookies 🍪 (Walkers short bread) and they where all broken and crushed. I know they won't come out whole, and yes we will still eat or snort them, but they where meant to be a gift, and that sucked.

Staff was rude. (Don’t know what Apple Pay or tap and pay are. And acted like we were stupid for trying this method of payment). The store was disgusting with trash everywhere and dirty floors. And the sales are b.s. The only redeeming factor is the app that gives points for purchases and gives a free reward after every $75 spent. (The free reward has limitations.)
