Anyone with dogs can be cited or asked to leave per city ordinance.
Please do not take your dog. Find a different hike. This is intended as an unspoiled preserve for local fauna. Dogs, no matter how well you clean up, will leave scents that may scare off the wild animals.
No dogs allowed
I've seen dogs there, but also have heard that if a ranger is there then they ask you to take dog down.
Nope, they have a sign up, no dogs allowed...but people still do it
Okay, just to clarify. NO DOGS ALLOWED. If there are signs, read them and abide by them. This is a preserve and there are a lot of endangered species here. Dogs are really harmful to the ecosystem there. I mean we are too, but dog fecal matter and urine -- when it touches the ground, it harms the environment for plants and organisms. Their paws usually carry other things as well, so please, read signs and protect our environment. I know, it sucks that our companions aren't allowed, but we must respect the preserve. If you want to hike with your dogs, there are a ton of actual hiking spots that are dog friendly. :)
If the ranger see your dogs. He can give you a ticket
There are signs that say no dogs allowed, but it is dog friendly. Just keep ur poop bags with you and clean up after your dogs.
