The entire process of purchasing a policy was extremely easy. It started off with a phone call with rep Carolina who was so sweet and patient with me. She contacted me through text when I couldn’t be on the phone which worked out perfect! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get all the documents to her on time so I had to get in touch the next day. Bryan took over and was able to text me back and forth all day while I was working and completed the entire transaction. He was fast and efficient, sent me proof of insurance in like 2 seconds after the paperwork was signed. Now I have an insurance policy.
