Love my new shower insert. Installers were on time, professional, and respectful. Four stars only because communication from sale to scheduling installation needs serious improvement. I would still recommend the company based on the quality of the product.

I had to do one star but there should be zero stars. …We hired this company May 1, 2021 to replace our bathtub, surrounding wall, remove tile, sub floor, hardware, etc. we are still waiting for our project to be complete. They ordered most of the wrong items and it took 7 months initially to install. When we found out the wrong materials were ordered we waited again and when the materials arrived they never contacted us, so we needed to chase them down again. They came to install again a few weeks ago and the wrong hardware had been ordered so they had to put on temporary hardware. We had to follow up again, because weeks went by with no update. In the meantime we found out the faucet part in the shower was not properly installed and we have a leak. The wrong length pipe was installed. We called about this and the hardware and at least two different employees assured us they would send a plumber to fix these items and they sent someone just to put the new hardware on. Oh, they had the hardware and hadn’t contacted us by the way… the employee could not fix the plumbing and left again. We now have a leak down our bath wall. All the way through this experience, we are paying monthly towards a very high bill for this job. And it I has been extremely difficult getting a response or any resolution to our issues. Since we have a contract we can’t back out because we would lose thousands of dollars. My wife and I would never wish this terrible experience on anyone. Do your research and go elsewhere. We have never received a call from corporate or the owners. It is a horrible way to run a business. There does not appear to be anyone in charge, nor qualified employees.

We had sheer remodeled. First installer did not have correct color. He installed it anyway and said they would order correct color and come back to replace it. He did not finish caulking it and the first time we used the shower our bathroom was flooded. After many phone calls to a number of different company reps, we finally got the correct color. However, the shower shelf did not function correctly and the shelves would come crashing down ever so often. Another New Pro installer came and tried caulking the shelves a little to add traction. After 2 months they came crashing down again. After more phone calls they sent another installer who replaced the shelving unit, but the problem kept occurring. After 1 1/2 years, they finally sent an installer, Ken G, who was able to fix the problem by adding more support wood behind yet another shower shelf. Now all the shelves fit snugly and there are no more issues. Ken was great and he cleaned up very nicely after. It should not take a year and a half and many hours on the phone to get an installation done correctly. Aside from that the shower looks great, the price was fair and it does come with a lifetime warranty. If you get an installer who does not know what the doing, be ready for a lot of headaches.

NewPro was amazing from start to finish. They replaced all 23 of our windows in one day! They were professional, polite and friendly throughout the whole process. They also left the house looking spotless once they were finished, which is impressive considering how many windows were replaced. I also appreciated the thorough process at the end of showing us how to operate and clean our windows. We would recommend NewPro to anyone and hope to work with them on more home projects in the future!
