Discounts plus sells rotten food, and none of the major grocery stores have seat belts in shopping carts you're not supposed to leave your child unattended whilst in the cart anyway.... Sounds like you don't even have kids... based on your comments anyway.
I honestly don't know they recommend that you don't put children in them you should talk to them sorry I know it's weird other stores recommend children be placed in a shopping cart
