Literally a cattle call! They put us on a plane and just keep saying a few more minutes…. Only to be told the same thing in a few minutes. Why can’t they just tell the truth? Sitting on the plane, at the gate FOR OVER AN HOUR!!!!!!

Southwest is the best. It doesnt matter how late you are, they will let you try and make it to the gate. 1 time I checked bags in 30 min before departure. I still got on the plane and had all my stuff get to my destination. At the same airport, john wayne, delta denied me because they cutoff check ins 1 hr before departure. Also southwest by far has the fastest check in and tagging process. There is never a long line. The airport could be dead and delta will always have a big line.

Awesome airline, staff are super friendly and hilarious. They make everyone laugh, good leg space, two checkin bags + one carry on bag + one personal item. You get juice, water snack for free. Over experience was just superb.

Cancel on line with your Confirmation number. You won't get a cash refund unless your booking was Not . Wanna get away. They will give you a voucher for the cash amount from the date of your original purchase
Yes. If you should have an emergency and can't fly. Just call 2 or 3 hours before departure and change your flight. Southwest usually doesn't charge a fee.
