I got great quality service after my car died at 1030pm. The driver, CJ, was quick, courteous and confident in his skills. He went out of his way to park my car in my parking lot instead of just parking it on the street. It was a bit more expensive then I expected but the speed and customer service was well worth it!

The tow truck driver was awesome, I think his name was Justin? I was in shock from an accident and he was incredibly considerate and helpful. It’s unfortunate that the Portland police ordered the tow at cost to me when I have AAA but that’s nothing to do with your company.

call them now, don't waste your time, First let me say that I was in a situation where I was stuck , I called 3 other places to only get answering machines and the run around. I called speeds and the dispatcher was understanding and kind and she sent the recovery person out right away. I was expecting a wait but he was there right away. Joseph was very professional, he was quick and he was kind. I thank you all for making a bad night a little better. Call them, they do what they say.

My short comment is "Excellent". The late evening dispatcher was courteous, and sympathetic, and made sure she knew exactly where I was and what type of motorcycle I had. Mike, the tow operator showed up on time and went to work at once. He had exactly the right equipment needed to carefully and safely load my bike without damage, and he knew how to use it quickly and expertly, double checking everything to make sure he did not damage anything, and that the bike would load and ride safely and damage free. I was and am impressed. Mike is a pro. If he represents the work Speeds does with Motorcycles that need road side assistance, I would certainly recommend them. If I ever need them again, I will ask for Mike!
