SCAM ARTISTS!!!! The level of dishonesty is overwhelming. If you’re going to get towed by these guys get your price in writing!! They came out to retrieve my wrecked vehicle and after they arrived and assessed the situation I was told $450. The bill ended up totaling $2280.24. This was more then my ambulance ride off Mt. Hood years back. Yes my insurance paid the bill but it’s con-artists like this that help cause our insurance rates to be so high. As soon as they new this was an insurance claim they started tacking on all the extra fees. On what planet can you justify $2280 for towing a totaled car 40 miles. These guys are making $1000 an hour what a racket. They charged $250 to type up the paper work. I will definitely be looking into filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Vacait Games

Driving down the street into a merging lane, one of the tow truck drivers thought it was appropriate to cut me and my two children off so he could get in front of us while towing a car. Guy nearly runs us off the road and then spends about two miles road raging at us not letting us switch lanes or pass him, because apparently I wasn’t driving fast enough when I was already going over the speed limit. I don’t do reviews, but this is absolutely unacceptable when someone works out mixed in with the public. Drivers need better training. 💯🤡

Wonderful customer service of both the operator who took my call and the driver who towed my vehicle. They both made me feel important and cared about my car, as if it were there own. I will definitely use them again!

I called multiple different towing companies the night I had to use this service, and they were the only business that gave me top notch customer service. The person working (maya I think) was so sweet and helpful, and the job was completed quickly and without any issue! Would use again! I hope I don’t have to though <3
