Came in for a new 12v battery installation. The guy (Dana? Dennis? Sorry!) who helped me was down to earth and professional, especially for being the only employee in the store. Explained my options to me. Gave me a discount for waiting while he helped another customer.

If you need a car battery do not hesitate and come to this store. From the initial phone call to the installation, Braden was professional and competent. This was a completely stress-free experience and he had be back on my way before I could even get comfortable in the provided lounge area. Prices were very reasonable. Usually I don't take the time to leave reviews unless exceptional service is rendered. Well in this case that was true. Their staff worked through some warranty credit issues on a battery that had failed prior to its 6 year life expectancy. The result was a credit that will afford my wife and I a dinner at a nice restaurant. Thanks to all of the staff that supported this continued loyal customer.
