Bought a large strawberry refresher and was charged $6.15 according to my bank notification on my phone. No reciept recieved. Very disappointed that I was cheated . I always purchase this drink and pay no more than $4.76 for it.

I ask for a small coffee (cream with no SUGAR). He charge me for a medium, I ask him a small & give me a refund for the difference. I drove off & taste it OMG so much sugar. OMG he gave me a diabetic coffee. I return to the store & ask for a refund. He already had an attitude & he started talking disrespectful to me & told me no more, I wont service u again, dont come back here N#&@;. I was numb, like Wth did he say to me. I drove off. Now it becomes an legal issue.

One guy had his mask on his chin and the other not at all. My latte was way too sweet and creamy, couldn't even taste the coffee. I ordered an iced matcha latte and the guy is like "the green one??" And then gave me a drink with hardly any matcha powder, It look more like a mint green drink. Very disappointed
