I had wonderful experience at this Dealership, the salesmen were very helpful. Any and every worry I had; the salesman (Riggo) greatly put me at easy by answering all the questions. He also took into count my thoughts of what I wanted in a car and I walked out of the dealership feeling great. I would highly recommend to check it out

Wanted to say thank you so much to Dante and the fantastic team at Nissan of Portland for helping me find my new car! I’m so happy I came in and finally found what I was looking for. Special thanks to Haley of Service for being amazing!

I've been taking my car to Nissan dealerships for routine maintenance since I purchased my car new in 2016. I've always felt like they took good care of me and have been friendly, honest, and transparent. I've always been on time with oil changes and followed maintenance recommendations. I was under the impression that sticking with the dealership was the best way to extend the longevity of my car and reduce unexpected problems. My car was just serviced and fully detailed about two months ago, so when I experienced a water leak recently I was pretty shocked at the cost for diagnosis. Water leaks are quoted at a minimum of 2 hours at $175 and hour. $350 just tell me what's wrong (minimum?) After the $500+ spent at my last service/detail I simply don't have it. And now my beautifully detailed car is soaking wet inside. Fortunately, I have a friend who was willing to help me figure it out. It turns out there was debris blocking the rain drainage holes. It was as simple as removing the windshield wipers and unscrewing a plate. Now I just have to figure out how to dry out my interior so it doesn't get ruined with mold. When confronting the service advisor I was told that this is an extremely rare occurrence (usually in cars that have been sitting, which mine has not, nor does my car park near large trees) and checking for debris is neither part of routine maintenance nor full detailing. I find it hard to believe this is a rare situation, especially in the PNW. The advisor insinuates that I'm just an ignorant consumer so obviously, I have no idea. Imagine buying a used car from here that was "detailed" for resale. Suddenly your new car is full of water and they want $350 to find out that they neglected to check for debris. (Let along the cost to fix and dry out the interior.) Ultimately, I feel like 6 years of loyalty is meaningless to Nissan. They can call it whatever they want, but it's negligence and I can no longer trust Nissan with the care of my vehicle.

I took my car for service and found that the people in the service department were attentive and thorough in their assessments as well as over all service. My suv is back in tip top condition. The repair took a week; I was provided a loaner vehicle so the process was seamless. When i dropped off their vehicle hours later I discovered that my wallet was misplaced and after retracing my steps it lead me back to the dealership. By this time it was after hours and only a few of the sales team remained. The doors were locked and they could have just motioned that they were now closed and to come back once they reopen. Instead they allowed me in and after I told them I left my wallet in the car Adam and another gentleman assisted in first locating the car (on a very large lot) and making sure it was in there. Then they had to call Emily from service to get the keys. The efforts of this amazing team made an already satisfied customer's day. Thank you so much!

To be fair yes their service department does lack customer service I used to be a service writer at Nissan but in Troutdale before they got closed down and that was our main goal because that made a customers come back over here it's like if they're overwhelmed with what they have to do personally I think that Nissan should get a refreshing course on how to treat their customers because I'm sure if corporate was told that that stores going downhill in service as much as they advertise for sales they wouldn't like that
Well ..Enough!!!!They make you feel comfortable!!!
You should be able to but I would call First just in case sometimes they have to special order parts even on new cars
I'm sure they can
