To be fair yes their service department does lack customer service I used to be a service writer at Nissan but in Troutdale before they got closed down and that was our main goal because that made a customers come back over here it's like if they're overwhelmed with what they have to do personally I think that Nissan should get a refreshing course on how to treat their customers because I'm sure if corporate was told that that stores going downhill in service as much as they advertise for sales they wouldn't like that
My experiences have been a bit hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes not so much. I have a Nissan Leaf which requires very little maintenance so, I do not get to see as much as others do. 😎
Same thing happened to us. The car salesman was great, we did not care for the sales manager.
