I've just started using PDX Meal Prep and I'm so incredibly impressed. Not only did Jean work with my travel schedule for delivery, the food is also so good. So many meal prep services taste bad or just have zero flavor, this isn't the case for PDX. I also feel completely full after each meal! I just upped my number of meals per week from 10 to 15.

I rarely post reviews of anything. However, I to say using meal prep PDX has made eating healthy so easy. I love how I can choose the protein and veggie options that I want for the week! The food tastes good and is always fresh. It is a great option for busy people who want to eat healthy with having to meal prep themselves.
