Yes. If you should have an emergency and can't fly. Just call 2 or 3 hours before departure and change your flight. Southwest usually doesn't charge a fee.
You're not speaking to southwest airlines directly here but asking from others about mostly the location information if you want to know about ticketing you need to call Southwest
