Best Buy dates are just a guess at best flavor, keeps manufacturing working and everyone employed. FDA/USDA says 5 years on canned food and food mixes, watch for peanuts and fats. Love these stores, I save $1,000.00s there.

I go there first, it really helps cut back my grocery bill. Never had a problem with any of the food expired or not.

It has very low prices, but mostly carries expired or close to expired products.

It's great. I sometimes come across organic produce and vegetarian "meat" products at a fraction of regular retail! Love these stores!

I shop there first and go to at least 3 of the stores 3 or 4 times a week

It's not bad. Wouldn't take a shopping list there as the selection changes often.

Under new management and prices have tripled or quadrupled, and they will tell you "prices are going up everywhere." I have been buying a specific brand of coffee for $1 for 2 years, and it's now marked at $4. It's from the same batch in 2019. I checked the labels. There are great deals on yogurt and discounts on chips and granola bars, but the produce is generally highly questionable. The air is stale, and several of the employees don't wear masks and cough on the produce. I used to shop here almost exclusively, to save money and keep food out of landfills. It's barely worth my time anymore. There is a much better grocery liquidator on Halsey and 118th.
