I am wanting to rent a car at PDX i.e. Portland International Airport (Oregon) and drive to Seattle to the Seattle Pier 66, Belle Pier Cruise Terminal to catch the Alaskan Cruise. Where can I return the car in Seattle that is near the Cruise Pier?

National, Alamo, and Enterprise all have rental locations near-by. Enterprise may allow you to leave it at the pier and pick it up.

I remember when I was booking online there was an option to return the car at another location. I'd call a sales rep. They are very helpful.
