Yes they do, if you qualify. You have to go in and see if you qualify. (Go in Tuesday-Thursday 10-3. Id recommend going early as they are first come first serve, and they only see so many qualifications a day.) If you do qualify, then you can call and make an appointmet to get your pet examined. They do ask for a little money for examinations but they will not turn you away if you cannot pay. Stuff such as labs may cost a bit more but it is vastly reduced. If you have any more questions i would go in and inquire or check them out online. They are always very helpful and willing to answer questions for you. You can call, however, PAW team does not answer phone calls and works on a voicemail return call basis so it can take a bit for them to get back to you as they are generally very busy.
