I am going to apply for SS, but I’m told that it may take months to get an appointment. Can anyone confirm how long it takes to get an appointment? Also; I do not own a computer so doing it online on my phone seems difficult to me. Any advice?

I would suggest that you go into the office, it opens at 9 am, be in line at least a half hour before they open.
