I fell victim to a YouTube tutorial video on how to trim/cut my own hair. It looked easy enough and all the comments were saying it was so simple. Well... it was simple... to completely screw up my own hair. I called and explained my situation, they set me up with an appointment immediately. Jerri/Gerri (sorry, I don't know how to spell her name) gave me the best haircut I've had in the longest time (years). She turned a nightmare situation into a dream. I let her have some freedom to get creative and do what she thought was best and I have no regrets. I look fantastic. I feel like Mila Jovovich in Resident Evil. I cannot reccomend her enough, thank you so much for fixing my embarrassing mistake and turning it into a wonderful opportunity to get an amazing haircut!

I just got my haircut by Katie Bloomquist! She was exceptionally attentive and paid a lot of attention to length and detail. Super relaxing 😌 12/10 I've always liked this perfect look.

I was greater as if I was an old friend. The first lady explained to me she was hesitant to do my cut, but Tammy could. I found her honesty refreshing. Tammy was patient with me when I asked her to cut shorter, and she did a wonderful job

This place used to be a positive group of optimistic stylists. Something has changed. Management, have you had a lobotomy? The receptionist was a hard-boiled potato, no smile, not happy I appeared. My stylist was 75% discouraging and offered biased, unwise suggestions. She cut my hair proficiently and was mostly glad to get rid of me-- did not offer to blow dry my hair, so I didn't have any idea when I left what the cut looked like. It is actually a good cut, but REALLY? I have seen sheep standing up for a haircut at the county fair that were treated with greater civility. If my sense of self-worth depended on these women, I would walk in front of the next big truck. I really hope that other people are treated with greater thoughtfulness and kindness. And I will never go back. Never.
