I went to urology for a cystoscopy, a procedure I have had 50+ times since a bladder cancer 30+ years ago. One is finicky when it comes to how this procedure is done. Started with the torture called a straight cystoscope...should be used by the CIA to extract information from terrorists. Now a flexible one is used. That being said, this was my first visit to Cascade urology. Wish I could go there always as it cuts almost 2 hours of driving otherwise to Sunnyside. Joe, the M.A., gets a solid A+. He is knowledgeable, communicative and has a wonderful personality: totally and pleasantly professional. It is a shame you are losing Dr.Winter. She is first class: again with a great "bedside" manner and very gentle taking care of one's most personal equipment. I would have asked for her when I needed urology services. I trust you will gobble her up when she moves to L.A. She too gets an A+ from an old educator who felt one had to really earn a reward of excellent. Thank you, Kaiser, for taking care of me for over 60 years. Looking forward to my complete physical when I turn 102.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve had Kaiser for less than a year and this was my second visit. The closest ENT/HNS specialist was at this location (40 minutes away from my home), and they had to book me three months out. They emailed me a “message” rescheduling my appointment an hour before my appointment time — when I was already driving to the appointment (to arrive 15 minutes early, as instructed). On top of that, their website/app were down, so I couldn’t even check/read the message when I arrived. I took time off work and had to drive an hour twenty round trip with gas at $6 a gallon for literally nothing. I will never use Kaiser again and will be switching providers during the next open enrollment period. I thought I would give them a shot but the horror stories are true: Kaiser is literally the worst provider I have EVER dealt with. Thanks for literally nothing.

I had an appointment with Dr. Leavitt in Head & Neck Surgery for removal of a basal cell carcinoma on top of my head. Everything about the visit went well (as expected). I was called in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time and the total visit lasted about 45 minutes. I am recovering from surgery without incident, so far, and expect a continued normal recovery. Thanks to Dr. Leavitt and Nurse Jeffrey (sp?)

I had an urgent need for surgery, and the on-call after hours emergency team was able recommend an appointment the following morning. Dr. Oduor had an opening in her schedule the following morning and recognized the urgency of my situation. She worked quickly and ordered all the necessary tests, including a CT scan, that day. I had to cancel my trip which was coming up 2 days. I was so sad to have cancel it and was trying to avoid that. She really advised me correctly and prevented me from having what I now realize would have been a catastrophe had I have proceeded. She wrote a letter for me that was available the following morning in the portal, in the event it was necessary to reverse payments for airfare and event tickets. It was also mailed to me too, and arrived in a few days. She was amazing! After results were reviewed, surgery was imminent. I called the department that would have to schedule my surgery and was able to speak with a surgeon right away. (They already had access to my chart when I called.) There were no easy answers for me, but all of the options were discussed and associated risks were made clear. Day of the surgery - Surgery staff was phenomenal, and the level of care I've received gives me great assurance and ease when going into any kind of surgery. (Third, unrelated surgery in about 6 months.) Jan was fantastic as she prepped me for surgery. Meeting with the entire surgical team was very reassuring, from the thermal blanket to keep me warm, managing medications pre-surgery, handling my belongings to lock them in a locker or store them in bags that stays on the bed with me. Even in the surgery room, prior to surgery and anesthesia, the team states some particular of the event including their name, and my name for the record. They made me repeat back what is being done, and who I am a few times, as well as marking the area and side that needed surgery. The after surgery report was available in the portal which detailed exactly what they did in surgery. Wow! The geeks in my life really loved that, and it certainly explained why recovery was a bit challenging for me and the level of excellence in surgery. Fantastic service and care at every level. While I didn't want or need help with pain management, their protocols to keep me comfortable are commendable.

Since Philips has known about the problem for over 2 years and most of us have been on Philips register since last July and they've quit answering the phone on the response line, it's looking like a class action lawsuit may be the only thing left. People are dying without their CPAP machines but no one seems to care based upon the total lack of response. Good luck, Carol.
You can send messages to your doctor and their care team using either the KP app or the KP.org website. But it's not an email specifically.
Yes either call the 800 number or use the kp.org app
